Hello There Mr. Fancy Man.

   I hope everyone is having the best fall ever...I know I am.  Here is a little fancy man I just doodled while listening to the radio.  I like how he is wearing a powdered wig, but also barefoot.  He's keepin it real.

Lets All Hibernate For The Winter...

   The change of seasons has me wanting to be very slow and lazy...not to mention I want to eat all day long.  Maybe I was supposed to hibernate all winter?  I wish...

Thinking About Shape...

   Funny how things start out one way and evolve into something totally different.  Such is the case with these organic shapes.  Used my Faber Castill markers. Love.

Thinking About Color...

   The thing about being an art school drop out, is that most of the stuff I learned in my two years at SCAD went in one ear and out the other.  Weird thing about that is, almost ten years later I'm much more interested in the concepts of illustration than I was back then.  Paired with Mary Blair's 100th Birthday, this got me thinking about color, and what I think I understood about color.    Ladies and gentlemen, pull out your crayons.

   Here are two old drawings I did about a year ago.  The teddy bear things come up a lot in an old notebook of mine...and I may use them again for an animation I'm working on.  enjoy.
